In the latest report “Peace with Nature”, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) clearly points out that climate change, loss of biodiversity and environmental pollution are the three major crises that all of mankind is currently facing. In the face of these global challenges, Germany, as a world leader in the field of environmental protection, not only gives guidance and support to the development of environmentally friendly economy in its policies, but also leads the world in green industry technology and product quality. The German government is committed to promoting the energy transition and plans to achieve climate neutrality by 2045, becoming an international pioneer in the fight against climate crisis among industrialized countries.

联合国环境规划署在最新发布的《与自然和平相处》报告中明确指出气候变化、生物多样性丧失和环境污染是当前全人类正在面临的三大危机 。面对这些全球性的挑战，德国作为世界环保领域的领军国家，不仅国家在政策上给予环境友好型经济发展以引导和支持，德国的绿色产业技术和产品质量上也处于世界领先地位。德国政府正致力于推动能源转型，计划到2045年实现气候中立，成为工业化国家中对抗气候危机的国际先锋。

At the same time, China is also actively responding to the concept of green development, Hubei Province is currently vigorously promoting comprehensive green and low-carbon industrial transformation, ecological priority, green development, and has achieved remarkable results. As one of the first batch of pilot provinces and cities for carbon emissions trading, Hubei Province has rich experience in carbon trading. Since its inauguration on April 2, 2014, China Hubei Carbon Emission Exchange has covered 16 industrial sectors such as iron and steel, cement, petrochemicals, chemical industry, etc., and its cumulative turnover and total amount of transactions have remained in the forefront of the country.

与此同时，中国也在积极响应绿色发展的理念，湖北省目前正大力推动产业全面绿色低碳转型，生态优先，绿色发展，并取得了显著成效。作为全国首批碳排放权交易试点省市之一，湖北省在碳交易方面具有丰富的经验。湖北碳排放权交易中心（简称“湖北碳交”）自2014年4月2日揭牌以来，已经覆盖了钢铁、水泥、石化、化工等16个工业行业，累计成交量和成交总额均保持在全国前列。
